Order Cancellation Guide

IMPORTANT NOTE:
You can only self-cancel order within 30 minutes after successful placement. After this time, system locks order and cannot cancel.
Step 1: Access Order History

Login to your account, select "My Orders".

Order ID: #12345678

Status: Processing

View Detail Cancel Order

Click CANCEL ORDER button corresponding to the order you want to cancel.

Step 2: Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Please check order info one last time.

Click AGREE TO CANCEL to complete.

*System will send cancellation success email immediately after.
