This form is included in the package. Please fill in full details: Order ID, Product Code, Reason.
If lost, you can download template here and print.
Product must be original tags attached, unused, unwashed and odor-free.
Place product and Return Form inside the box/bag. Seal the package.
Take package to nearest post office (courier) and send to the Receiving Address.
Note: Please prepay shipping fee (unless it is VIRGOSHOP's fault).
After warehouse receives and checks (1-3 working days), we will proceed with refund.
Refund confirmation email will be sent to you.
Q. I want to exchange size instead of refund?
A. For Online returns to warehouse, we currently only support RETURN - REFUND. If you want to exchange size, please place a new order or bring product to store directly.
Q. Can I return multiple orders in one package?
A. Yes. However, you MUST clip separate Return Forms corresponding to each order inside the box for accurate sorting.
Q. What about Manufacturer Defects?
A. Please take photos/videos and email CS (contact@virgoshop.vn) BEFORE sending. In this case, VIRGOSHOP covers 100% return shipping fee.
